I was treated like cattle, rushed, Dr. was late, staff talking through curtains during my visit about OTHER patients. Do not go here if you can keep from it.

I have been receiving care at Seva Med Care, Lewisville for over three years and my observations, my interactions and the hands on care I have received has been exceptional. From the minute you are greeted, to the moment you leave, you are Interacting with people who care about you and will do everything they can to assist you. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with surgeons and pain management for almost 30 yrs, so I have seen the best to the worst in care from previous caregivers. In my opinion, Seva Med Care, Lewisville is exceptional. There will never be one procedure or a hand full of pills that will solve someone's needs. But if you are willing to work with a team of of professionals that will give you tools to address your needs, and be a partner in your care, these folks are it! I am so grateful to Dr Pham, Dr Mirchandani, Dr Raheal and their all of their assistants, for being such a great partner in my care. And for the incredible and numerous types of services to meet anyone's needs! Keep doing what you are doing guys! It's working! My thanks!

Billed for a appointment we cancelled. Had pain procedure at facility next door. We asked if was covered under insurance they said yes except a certain amount that we were ok with. Turns out none of it was covered. They are very dishonest about billing and charges and push you to get the covid shot. Make sure you call insurance and double check what is covered.

The excellent care demonstrated Seva is the best you will find. Dr. Mirchandani and Dr Pham are incredible .The venous ablation procedure you preformed on me has restored the circulation in my leg. I am 71 years old. Thank you to Rachel and the whole staff at Seva. You are the best !

I've been with Seva for over 4 yrs now, Dr. Mirchandani, Dr. Pham, Rachel Ghide, and the whole staff is the best, they make you feel more like family and really will listen to you and actually come up with the best plan that fits your needs. The most caring staff I've EVER encountered.

I have been on HRT for 6 or more months now. Rahel is also my pain management doctor , I have known her for years and she has seen my development from my worse pain level and she has done a wonderful job making sure everything is working specifically on my journey with pain and weight loss.

When she recommended it HRT, I was not convinced. Now after months I can say it has completely changed my life in that I have more energy and overall health wellness has changed it seems and my outlook. I am menopausal post, so if you are having the side effects that just come along with that alone , just check with her to do some test and just check your hormone levels. I can assure you this much, you will notice a change in few months and thank us later!! 😊

Unprofessional and Disrespectful – Avoid this Clinic!

I have had the most frustrating and unprofessional experience with the billing department at SEVA. I have called 10 times a day, every single day, trying to resolve a billing error they made. Each time, I am told the manager is 'on a break.' Apparently, the management here takes 10 breaks a day just to avoid speaking with patients.

To make matters worse, when I insisted on staying on the line to finally get my documents, the billing representative actually hung up on me!

They are withholding my medical billing records! which is preventing me from receiving thousands of dollars in insurance reimbursement. If you value your time, your money, and your dignity, do not come here. A medical office that treats patients this way should not be in business. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas Medical Board and the BBB.
